FOUCHI Dana Ray Fouchi,
M.D. on Friday, February 20, 2009. Age 48 years. He is survived by a
huge, loving family: daughter Chantel, 20 and Joshua, 11; mother
Sheila Hornbostel and father Frank Fouchi; brothers Vincent, Dale,
Corey, Shawn, Andrew, Michael, and Thomas; sisters Cathi and
Sabrina; stepparents Charles Hornbostel and Jan Xu; many cousins,
nieces and nephews. He graduated from Rummel High School in 1978,
Loyola University in 1982 and L.S.U. Medical School in 1986. He was
a Family Practice Physician and practiced in New Orleans for 20+
years. He had an office in Kenner, River Regions Hospice in River
Ridge and served in hospitals throughout the New Orleans area. Dr
Fouchi was a resident of Metairie, LA. Relatives and friends are
invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Benilde Catholic Church,
1901 Division St., Metairie, LA 70001 on Thursday, February 26, 2009
at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
